February 2nd

  I can't believe it's already the 2nd month of 2012, well we have a busy year we're going to have to crank it up and start working harder.  I just got really sick and had to call out of work I was pretty pissed because i hate doing that.  I feel a little better so i guess i needed to get some rest, I couldn't even workout today sad face.  I only have a small headache so I'll be great :)

January 29th SUMO

  Yesterday was so much fun, I had an expo to go to and me and Jen had to hit that gym lol.  I was in the Sumo event fighting guys hat where massive.  If i can get a video you are going to love it ;).  We where passing out Kickbutt Balls (an energy ball we all take to amp up our workout energy and an everyday kick) with T-shirts and just having fun.  Sumo Dan was the winner of the event he's like 300 pounds of Rock lol i had to be one of the unlucky people to go against him "Sigh" lol but in the end we ended up at a sushi place and had tons of fun. Thank you Eric for making this event amazing you're one hell of a trainer

January 21st

  So awesome DAY, had a really great work out at 7am with ERIC THE TRAINER.  Finished up with Jenbricker1 at the gym.  Went to a gig for a Music Video witch was so cool we where painted (I was yellow) and we where Minotaurs :D everything went perfect for the shoot i was very excited. I dont know when the video will be out but I think I'm going to like it :)

January 19th

  Today was such a busy one, just finished meeting with a few agents and getting things together for the new year, man its pretty exciting!  Finished working out and got ready for my day, went back to the gym with Jenbricker and met Rachael from X Factor, she is such an awesome person.  Her mom was there and it was just  awesome to meet them :D Headed into work for the rest f my day :P

January 16th

  The new year has come and it's time to work. Lots of castings to go on and working out allot :D  My training is picking up and I will hopefully be ready with my new body by the end of the month.  New pictures and agency hunting to get better gigs and work more.  I'm getting the most out of the new year for sure ;)

  Craziest thing happened to me, I was looking online and i was talking about how i wanted to get pictures of my dad because i dont have any. My Ex took pictures with his came of my dad and other picture that he had on his laptop computer but i didnt have them, went to a picture of mine on google and on of the pictures popped up before i new it i had a few old pictures that i thought i lost :') made me pretty happy to have them. :D


                       My dad is the one in the picture when he was younger and thats him in the blue shirt.

January 11st

    How great the weather in LA is so beautiful I'm loving it.  My workout today with Eric The Trainer went awesome.  Getting your body in the perfect condition is allot harder than I thought it would be and tons of food to do it the right way.  I've been leaning out now for the past week and it's looking great, I can't wait to see the end result.  I have a photo shoot lined  up for this week with David Daigle so hears to a new year and a great future.
