May 29th

  Man what a long Weekend, three months is not long enough to get ready for a fitness show but man o man did i look as good as you could get in that short time :D. Allot goes in right before the show which I didn't know and I think its pretty cool, you have to eat jelly beans and work out right before the show so you have this awesome pump I mean you like BOOM! It's crazy.  I was sooo tired during the show, no water, no food, and I had to hide from the sun so I didn't die or pass out lol.  Eric The Trainer was there along with the people from KICKBUTT BALLZ they where awesome.  Me and Jennifer Bricker after the show went and hung out for 2 seconds by the beach and and took a picture (yes just one lol) we where so tired and I needed food.  

We went to In & Out for burgers, the line was out to the road and I have never tasted a burger soooo soooo good. I mean you could have made a commercial just on what we where saying about it lol. I had never been so i loved it.  After that we went to Menchise with our friend Roger and I just loaded my yogurt up, Chocolate chips, Kiwis, M&M, Mini M&M and chocolate yogurt, best thing ever.  We went home to cool off and went to see Hunger Games, so the day was long and fun I'm still sore from all the push ups and pull ups i did so no workout today ;)

May 26th Fashion Show

  Good Morning everyone, I hope everyone is doing as good as they would like to be. I have so many pictures to show you from this show :) My friend Jennifer Bricker was my Plus One and man was this one of the best nights I have ever had in LA.  I had a fashion show in Costa Mesa CA for the Friends Of Dorothy, heels where everywhere and the food was amazing well the smell was considering i couldn't have any lol.  Cupcakes and Cakes where the talk of the show (before the show started of course) and than around pm we hit the stage, you should have been there we had six designers and four changes for each one of them talk about out of control.  The second you got f the runway you had to run down stairs take of your clothes and put on the next outfit and run back to the runway and look amazing (and not out of breath) lol.

The end of the show was underwear and the was pretty amazing when i went out there the last time a lady who had one of the cupcake booths gave me two of the pages, I didn't know she was going to do this and i started laughing and could help it and lost my "face" lol the crowed went crazy and clapped. I was so happy that I was doing the show and I was just beaming, we all went out and did the final run to introduce the designers and the show went off without any fails (that anyone could see ;)..)

May 21st The Hudson Block Party

  Hello Bloggers, I hope everyone is doing pretty alright I know I am.  A lot has happened in a short time :D I've been working out like crazy ( no surprise) lol and getting ready for my fitness competition and I hope to see you all there at Muscle Beach on the 28th :D it's going to be great!  I went on a gig for Quench the company I work with for the Hudson Block Party, so many people it was insane. All I had to do all night was get ice and get Miller Light and I have never seen so many people drink that much beer in my life lol.  There was a live band and great food being served, cooked and everyone enjoyed it.

On another note :P after I got done with the gym yesterday I was headed home and someone decided to Tepee someones car lolol haha now if it was me I would be mad but it wasn't, it's a lucky thing it didn't rain or that wouldn't have been fun to clean.

May 15th

  Hello friends I hope everyone is having a great day, night, afternoon ;) I know I am, I'm about to head to bed but before I do I just wanted to shout out to all of you :D  This year seems to be flying by and I can't believe it's almost June! WHAT!!! Its crazy!! I've met so many amazing people who are helping me with my career and have become really awesome friends :')  If you hang out with with right crowed anywhere you will feel a hell of allot better than hanging out with the fake people you think are friends (dont worry I am not talking about anyone ;) I'm jut saying)  But Sunday was pretty interesting I went for a run (last run for the rest of my life) and there was a carnival being set up, it was probably the coolest thing I've seen put together and taken down. They are pretty fast and it didn't last long only two days but its was awesome :D

My workouts are getting allot harder but they're making me look amazing so I guess that's all that matter in the end when your working out lol.  I'm going to be competing at Muscle Beach on the 28th of this month so I hope to see everyone who can make it there ;) you can say hi and we all can hang out so

Instinct October 2011 Underwear Fashion Shoot

May 12th

  The President is in the house! So Thursday the President of the United States went to George Clooneys house for the dinner I'm sure you heard about that right, :) the cool thing is he had to go threw my neighborhood to get there :D I was very excited to know that and everyone else was as well.  The bad part was that every car on the street was towed and sent away if you knew or not :(  But we waited for him and got to see all of the cars and limos pass. Cops where everywhere keeping everyone back with yellow tap, Sera (neighbor) and I thought someone had died. Plus side I know George Clooney lives probably 30 min away from me which is awesome lol and bad news people had to go get there cars from the tow company :/

May 9th

  Hello Bloggers :D i hope everyone is doing great! You all are pretty awesome, thanks for viewing my blog :D I am going to be going threw some awesome changes with my body for this fitness competition and I'm pretty excited about it, egg whites, veggies, and chicken for right now and than lots of awesome new workouts. BodiesByTim he will be helping me threw this process along with EricTheTrainer so I'm pretty wowed to have such an amazing team that want to help me further my career.  I went into It'Sugar today and O man was it awesome, I didn't touch anything because of this workout but man did I want to. The manikins are lined with candy and they have a jellybean Marlin Monroe at the front of the door as you walk in.  Even Hello Kitty makes an appearance at this store lol.

Well I look forward to showing everyone all the hard work that I've been putting into this body and I can't wait until you all get to see it's going to be great!! I'm going to try to set up a shoot and have pictures for a new comp card and I'll be on my way
